This 12 gauge boxlock ejector gun has 28 1/2" nitro barrels, the rib engraved 'HENRY ATKIN LTD. 27 ST. JAMES'S STREET. LONDON. S.W.1.' and with a flash of acanthus scroll at the breech end.  The 2 1/2" chambers are bored approx. true cylinder and full choke. Scroll-back treble-grip action with hidden third bite, toplever engravd with a pigeon, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, scroll engraving surrounding vignettted scenes of hounds on point, a trio of snipe, the underside with English partridge, the triggerguard with a paddling mallard and retaining much original colour-hardening and finish.  15" stock including 1/2" leather covered recoil pad.  In its brass-cornered oak and leather case.
